Recognizing the Best of the Best
The most sought after honor at Senior Lifestyle is the annual Heart of Caring Award. The Heart of Caring Award is reserved for an outstanding individual who best brings the Senior Lifestyle Mission, Core Values and Service Culture to life daily within their communities. Previous Heart of Caring Award winners have included caregivers, nurses, servers, cooks, housekeepers, transportation assistants, maintenance personnel, concierge and programming coordinators.
A Time for Recognition and Celebration
Nominations are received from co-workers, residents, and family members. A panel of esteemed judges carefully reviews the inspiring nominations for the Heart of Caring Award Winner from each of the communities before selecting Senior Lifestyle’s National Heart of Caring Award Winners. The National Winners and a guest are invited to attend the Senior Lifestyle Annual Conference, which includes a captivating Awards Dinner, when the Heart of Caring Winners are presented their awards by their Executive Directors.
We are proud and honored to recognize the Heart of Caring Winners and deeply thank these special individuals for making a difference in the lives of our residents, bringing peace of mind to the families, and serving as role models for their peers.
