Justin Robins, Executive Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer

Justin Robins serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Senior Lifestyle. In his role, Justin is responsible for the strategic management and administration of the company’s asset management, capital expenditures, information technology, and purchasing and procurement teams. Justin has held positions throughout Senior Lifestyle for more than 20 years, including Financial Analyst, Director of Development, Director of Hospitality, Vice President of Capital & Plant Operations, and Vice President of Business Solutions, the company’s recently-formed Business Strategy department. In that role, Justin assumed responsibilities for information technology and procurement, spearheading a multimillion-dollar investment initiative in IT staff and technology.

Since beginning his time at Senior Lifestyle as an intern at age 15, Justin has spent his career investing in the growth and care of our team and residents alike. In addition to his innovative leadership, and work ethic, Justin’s dedication to culture is what truly sets his leadership apart. Prior to his current role, Justin served as Senior Vice President, joining the senior leadership team and assuming additional responsibility over asset management and financial planning and analysis.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University, and is a past member of the National Investment Center, Future Leaders Council. Justin has also been involved with Meals on Wheels since 2003, serving two terms as Co-President.
