Tuna Pea Pasta Salad
Yield 6 to 8 – 8 ounce portions

Ingredients
1 pound medium pasta shells Cooked
2- 8oz. cans of drained White Solid tuna Fish (Reserve the juice of 1 can)
1 cup of medium diced celery
¼ cup small diced Red Onions
1- 1 pound box of Frozen Peas thawed
(Dressing)
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Method

  1. Combine the pasta, Tuna, Celery, Onions, and peas together in a large mixing bowl
  2. In a separate bowl Wisk together the mayonnaise, Sour cream, Lemon Juice, Salt & Pepper and reserved juice for 1 can.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine thoroughly.
  4. Check Seasoning and Chill to 40 degrees before serving.

This salad can be served as a main dish too as well as a side dish.
