Senior Suites project begins
JOLIET -- The redevelopment of the historic YMCA building in downtown Joliet for senior residences comes with a notable price tag. The Senior Suites of Joliet is an $18.7 million project, second only to the construction of Harrah's Joliet Casino & Hotel in terms of private dollars spent on downtown development, city officials said.
