The Carlisle Palm Beach
One of the most challenging aspects of moving a loved one into a community setting can be the physical transition from place to place; moving to a new setting with new people is often scary and emotionally difficult for residents and family members to walk through. Fortunately for residents at the Carlisle at Palm Beach, team members like Raymond Anderson are there to support every step of the process.
“Raymond embraces caring to the fullest degree. One great example is when he is helping a new move in, in our Legacy Court, Raymond’s calming presence lead to smooth transition.”
“He treats his residents with the utmost respect. He goes above and beyond so that everyday they feel special. He remembers a small tidbit about each resident and reminisces with them.”
Raymond’s heart of caring has given him a reputation for having a calming, positive spirit that allows him to help families and residents alike navigate the potential challenges of transitions. For one family in particular, Raymond’s care and support truly made all the difference.
“We had a…family member who only responded to Raymond. When ever there was any concerns, Raymond took it upon himself to go to that apartment and add a calming touch to that family member. Each and every time after that, she would ask for Raymond and the problem was solved.”
Thank you, Raymond, for all you do to care for our residents well not just during move-in transitions, but throughout their time with Senior Lifestyle. Congratulations on the well-deserved nomination!
