When my Mother moved to Memphis from her life-long home in East Tennessee, I worried that the trauma of the move would have lasting effects on her general health and well being.  The staff at The Pointe made great efforts to engage my Mom, making her feel comfortable and secure.  I can't say enough about the kind and loving caregivers at The Pointe.  All staff, from the Executive Director to the front line caregivers, and even maintenance persons demonstrates genuine caring for the residents.
