Testimonials for The Pointe at Cedar Park
We can talk all day about how great our communities are, but we think you should hear from people who have experienced first-hand how we offer an unmatched quality of life at every senior living community.
My tour of this community went very well. It was one of my top picks. This is a lovely community, everything appeared to be nice and clean. The staff was kind and friendly. My questions were answered, they were very informative as well. This is a nice community with very kind people.
“I went here to visit my grandfather and even though he is in a wheel chair he showed me around. There is so much for them to do there like swimming pool ping pong yoga and a lot of other forms of exercise. It is just an overall great facility. The infrastructure looks amazing. Every room comes with a very nice bed a led lcd tv and a fridge and much more. Also the beds are equipped with remotes that call for help if they need it. Safety is a great concern there and they meet all of the expectations from the way my grandfather describes it. Its is just an amazing place for people who need the help. My grandfather has a hip problem that is why he lives there and the take very good care of him. It is an awesome place with a lot of very helpful caring individuals that go to work with smiles on their face every single day.” – Andrea70
“The Pointe at Cedar Park has some very kind employees who are concerned about the well-being of the residents. The residents feel they are part of a community and feel supported by staff. Residents are happy to return to the Pointe after a hospital stay.” – Local Professional
“We are the mobile dental provider for this facility. Since the new director, Brenda Thompson, has arrived we see a big improvement in the facilities reach out to us and care for their residents. They want to make sure all residents know of our service and for us to make sure we see them and to help improve their oral hygiene on a regular basis. We really see a positive difference now. We really enjoy seeing residents here and I think the residents also get the feeling that the management and staff care about them” – Bob Crutchfield
“We moved from Virginia and had to find a residence for my Dad. This residence is truly a wonderful home. The private apartment style room is large and roomy. The staff are all kind, helpful, and easily approachable. The food is great (as evidenced by my Dad’s weight gain). Cedar Park is a beautiful city and accessible to everything you need without being in the middle of all the big city mess. I would recommend The Pointe at Cedar Park to anyone searching for a place that will care for a loved one with a feeling of home.• • •” – Cheryle Smoot
“This place really takes good care of my grandmother. They know her name, and know how to help her. She has extensive aphasia, but the staff really try and understand what she needs. The rooms are really big for an assisted living center- all singles that are kept really clean and updated. It feels like a studio apartment, but all in one building, so my grandmother isn’t isolated at all (she lives in the “Main Street” hall). They have tons of activities, and really have an active community with a pretty good resident to staff ratio. Everyone is really friendly. Plus free massages for the residents. That’s pretty nice. I feel safe trusting my grandmother with this center. Even though it’s far out of Austin, the prices are better and it’s worth the drive to know she’s happy.” – Jackie A.
“This facility has clean, spacious rooms; has a caring staff that treats the residents like they would their own family. There were frequent trips outside to historical and education sites, as well as entertainment provided the residents with a wealth of activities to do outside the facility; while certain planned events such as a homemade ice cream social, monthly tea parties, and movie nights entertained those within the facility who could not leave for trips due to health reasons.” – M. Smith
“I like the place because it won’t take me any more than five minutes to get there. And because it’s close it would be much more convenient for me to visit my dad. I don’t have to get on any busy streets. I think dad will like that it’s a lot smaller facility and with fewer people. It’s only a one-story building. The dining room there is small which he will also like. His room is where he can just walk out and see the dining area. He can also go outside, sit on the porch, he likes that. I think the place is very homey and comfortable, closer to what’s he’s used to living in. The one lady I talked to there, who was in her room, said that she really like the place and has been there for about three years! The Director is also extremely helpful, sweet and very nice. Overall the place is wonderful and peaceful.” – Sandra
“Mom and I had dinner with Director. Very nice facility. Mom really likes this place. smoking and dog ok. Studio will work great.” – Senioradvisor.com
“I have chossen the pointe for my wife.” – Senioradvisor.com
