Care Associate – Assisted Living-Full Time 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Hourly Rate: 18.50 Provide assistance as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living. LPN Overnight Shift 7pm to 7am – Assisted Living

Hourly Rate: 36.00 Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation. Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans. May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director. Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members. Provide educational meetings for residents and staff. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.     May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed. 

Housekeeper

Hourly Rate: 18.50 General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas. Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Care Associate – Assisted Living (AL) – Full Time

Maintenance Coordinator

Pay Range: $20-21/hr Complete work orders around the community. Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-in’s. Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.  Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping. Respond promptly to emergencies and after hours calls. Maintain knowledge of all property emergency, safety, and disaster plans/procedures. Maintain office, shop, and storage and ensure that mechanical areas of the community are in accordance with SLC policies. Drive residents to stores or on special trips as needed. 

Utility Worker – PRN

Hourly Rate: 16.00-17.00 Maintain sanitary condition of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, equipment and kitchen in accordance with Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards. Safely and efficiently operate dish washing machine according to procedure manual. Ensure proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing. Remove from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken. Stock delivered food and non-food items. Empty and clear garbage bins and breakdown of boxes. Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment.     Attend all training and in-service seminars. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Perform all duties in adherence to Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards. Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Assisted Living (AL) – PRN

Pay Range: 19.50 Take and record vital signs. Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output. Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and importance of reporting such changes to a supervisor. Assist as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living. Transfer, position, and turn residents. Provide skin care to residents. Contribute to the resident’s assessment and the plan of care. Provide nursing rehabilitation/restorative nursing services. Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor. Provide emotional and social support to residents. Promote and protect resident rights, assist residents in making informed decisions, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, report suspected abuse or neglect, avoid the need for physical restraints in accordance with the current professional standards, and support independent expression, choice, and decision-making consistent with applicable law and regulation. Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns. Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents. Respect residents’ confidentiality.

Resident Services Assistant

Hourly Rate 18.00 Weekdays & Weekend Shift Thursday & Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5 PM Duties and responsibilities: Mail and package handling Accepting and logging all incoming mail, packages, and deliveries from various carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Notifying residents when packages or registered mail have arrived. Distributing mail and packages to the correct recipients or storing them in a secure package room. Researching and rerouting unidentified mail. Processing outgoing mail and preparing packages for shipment. Conducting regular audits of the package room to ensure inventory is accurate. Walking about 15,000 Steps per day. Lifting approximately an average of 10 – 75 lbs.  Concierge and resident services Valet resident and guest vehicles Greeting and providing a friendly, welcoming presence to all residents, guests, and vendors. Monitoring lobby traffic and managing building access for visitors and contractors. Answering resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Coordinating with building management and maintenance teams to log and resolve resident requests. Facilitating amenity reservations, such as for a party room or conference space. Assisting with administrative tasks like keeping resident records up to date. Providing local recommendations for restaurants, events, and other services.  Building security and safety Conducting regular patrols of the building and monitoring surveillance cameras. Ensuring only authorized vehicles can access the building’s parking lot. Reporting any suspicious activity or maintenance issues to the appropriate management. Handling keys and managing a sign-in/sign-out log for new residents. Preferred skills and qualifications: Proactive & Self-Motivated : Demonstrate foresight by acting without needing instruction, resourcefulness, and a results-driven mindset. Customer service:  Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to interact effectively and politely with a wide variety of people. Organizational skills:  Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively to manage the flow of packages and resident requests. Technical skills:  Proficiency with mail tracking systems and standard office applications like Microsoft Office. Professionalism:  A dependable and professional demeanor, with a positive and helpful attitude. Experience:  Experience in hospitality, customer service, and a front desk role is often preferred. Drive vehicle to and from parked area, secure the vehicle and note specific information on the ticket. Organize, monitor, and keep track of the tags and keys at the valet booth. Greet all guests upon arrival, open doors, explain valet procedures and pricing. Assist guests if they need directions.  Perform access control responsibilities for the valet area.
