What You'll Be Doing

Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, outreach campaigns, and community events. Conduct market research to identify target demographics and develop strategies to reach potential residents effectively. Build relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, social workers, and senior organizations, to increase referrals and expand the community’s network.

Community Tours and Presentations

Conduct tours of Senior Lifestyle communities for prospective residents and their families, showcasing the communities, amenities, and lifestyle offerings. Prepare and deliver presentations that highlight the unique features and benefits of the community, addressing the needs and preferences of potential residents. Address inquiries and provide information about pricing, availability, and contract options, guiding prospects through the decision-making process with professionalism and empathy.

Sales Process Management

Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to move-in, following up with leads and maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress. Collaborate with internal departments, such as administration and healthcare, to coordinate assessments, contracts, and move-in logistics for new residents. Provide ongoing support and communication to prospects and their families, addressing questions, concerns, and objections throughout the sales journey.

Marketing Campaigns and Promotion

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to increase visibility and brand awareness for the senior community. Use digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and website optimization, to engage with prospects and drive leads. Plan and participate in community events, fairs, and networking prospects to market the senior community and build relationships with potential residents and referral sources.
