With the cooperation of the city, we offer affordable senior living in a variety of neighborhoods to those individuals 62 years and better. Since 1995, Senior Lifestyle’s Senior Suites have been the pioneer in Chicago’s affordable living. We currently maintain 24 communities in Chicago.

Potential residents will need to apply and qualify for rental rates, which are based on availability and applicant income. Joining our community only requires a simple 12-month lease. Your monthly rent includes heat, electric, and air conditioning (excluding phone, cable, and internet), along with access to common areas with TVs and convenient on-site parking.
