Atrium Village, is about to get even better!
Our upcoming renovation will add the perfect touch to our beautiful community! This multi-million dollar project will include an interior redesign of community spaces such as the lobby areas, a multi-purpose room ideal for residents to connect, host family gatherings and accommodate our robust programming and resident activities. Atrium Village will offer two new and improved restaurant-style dining venues that will deliver a dynamic culinary experience and will feature resident favorites on the menu. Most exciting, will be the debut of a new bistro, making it a central point and an essential part of the community culture! Other updates include the lounge area and a family center with special air filtration. These new venues will offer residents even more opportunities to make connections with fellow residents for years to come.
We invite you to learn more about our wonderful community and see if Atrium Village is the right fit for yourself or your loved one. Through offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services to residents, we can ensure that care is always there as needs change over time.

We love to celebrate the role seniors can play in a vibrant community. We actively invite guests and families into our community to enjoy events and family nights with our residents. We have live music, guest speakers, and often host local senior centers. Our community goes on outings to nearby attractions such as the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, Baltimore Harbor, and local museums. In our community each day is an adventure!
A Beautiful Home
Our residents get to live carefree in our upscale community, always able to choose the course of their day. Whether they decide to share laughs over lunch with friends in our café, take on a project in the art center, or enjoy a favorite film in our movie theater, each day can bring something new. We also have a billiards room, fitness equipment, and a well-stocked library. When our residents want to relax at home, they escape into a comfortable, well-appointed apartment home. We have multiple layouts available and our residents love personalizing their spaces with bright décor, keepsakes, and treasured photos.
We Are Pet-Friendly Too
Atrium Village is proud to be a pet-friendly community that values the companionship, joy, and love pets bring into the lives of our residents. We do everything possible to welcome in new furry friends and make them another part of our vibrant community.
The Café at Atrium Village is recognized as an elevated senior dining experience in the Owings Mills area, and is invited to participate in Baltimore Restaurant Week year after year. At the event, locals get to experience the cuisine, service, and ambiance our residents enjoy each day in our community. Our chef-inspired meals start with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and are prepared by culinary professionals who take pride in providing meals that exceed expectations through taste and presentation.
Our bright dining room atmosphere adds to the overall fine dining ambiance, but it’s our hospitality staff that wait on our residents that provide the attentive service that cap the experience for our guests. Our dining team meets with every resident to discuss their medical and nutritional needs, ensuring that our exciting menus contain delicious options for everyone to enjoy.
At Atrium Village, we believe it’s our management and staff’s dedication to going above and beyond that makes our community special. Our professional, clinical, and nursing staff work to make each day brighter for our residents by providing services in a friendly, conscientious manner.
Attentive, Personal Care
By providing a full range of services in our community, we can ensure our residents are getting the attentive, detailed personal care services they need to meet each day with more confidence. We know that our residents will always value having independence and choice in their days, and we work with physicians, family members, and staff to create plans that help when needed and allow autonomy whenever possible.
We do everything we can to make sure our residents live a bright, fulfilling senior lifestyle. We provide emergency call systems and 24-hour staff to ensure our residents feel safe and comfortable in their homes. We have an accessible transportation service that offers rides and assistance to medical visits and other necessary appointments. Our community also offers on-site storage for our residents, giving them easy access to seasonal and occasional use items.
We build our programming around our residents’ needs and interests to help them find bright moments in every day. Our activity coordinators always have an eye on creating purpose in our residents’ lives through community involvement and self-improvement.
Each day brings a new adventure in our community. We provide structured exercise with walking clubs, chair exercises, and Zumba fitness. Residents can task their grey matter in Brain Health University, listen to health podcasts, or enjoy religious studies. Our community often takes outings into the community for lunches at local eateries and live events and concerts. There is always something new to discover in our vibrant community.
The Village Voices
Atrium Village may be best known to local families and seniors for its dementia-inclusive choir The Village Voices. This choir brings together residents from all three lneighborhoods, and is a perfect fit for dementia residents that love singing the familiar songs from days gone by. The Village Voices have performed at local festivals including Artscape and they recently sang The National Anthem at Baltimore Orioles game. This program highlights the integrative and innovative nature of the programs available in our community and we love that our halls often filled with joyous music for all of our residents and staff to enjoy.
