Cultivating Meaningful Moments: A Profound Exploration Of Dementia – The Residences At Thomas Circle
August 27 @ 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Join us for a unique look at the lives of those who live with dementia and those who care for them. We’ll have a critical conversation with experts about dementia in communities of color, as well as a special focus on how, as a caregiver, you can take care of yourself. And we’re proud to host a special screening of the award-winning documentary by C. Nathaniel Brown, “Remember Me” – a moving exploration of memory, resilience and the profound connections that remain even as memories fade. Together we’ll laugh, reflect and learn how to cultivate meaningful moments that matter, so we hope that you can join us.
A complimentary lunch will be provided. Space is limited; registration is required.
