Part-time med tech/ caregiver
With appropriate training, administer medications to residents including diabetic needs. (Ideal candidate will have experience passing medications, but training is available.) Provide assistance as needed with bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other care services as needed. Provide emotional and social support to residents. Document daily log of assistance. Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents. Respect residents’ confidentiality. Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers. Competitive pay with higher rates available for experience or CNA license. Many of our part-time employees are promoted to full-time when a position becomes available!
