Since 1985 Senior Lifestyle Corporation has created premier residential communities with innovative programs that help seniors enjoy healthier, more fulfilling lives.
We set ourselves apart by focusing on the details of hospitality in every expression of our business. Each Senior Lifestyle community serves a unique group of people, and we tailor every aspect - from dining services to hospitality, programming and care - to meet their particular needs. For residents who require progressive care, many communities also offer additional services through certified, dedicated skilled-care professionals. As consumers become more sophisticated in evaluating their lifestyle options, they are looking for enhanced lifestyle choices and experiences, including a strong hospitality focus in a residential setting. Senior Lifestyle brings many innovations to lifestyle choices that are meeting the rising expectations of current and future residents and their families.
Senior Lifestyle Corporation’s success has been built around the success of a variety of lifestyle options:
Over the years, Senior Lifestyle has received many industry honors for our consistent commitment to quality and caring. The American Senior Housing Association ranks us among the nation's top senior living companies, and our Wellness Everyday™ program has won recognition from the International Council on Active Aging.
We invite you to see for yourself. Visit any of our senior living communities across the country and discover a better senior lifestyle.

Unique to Senior Lifestyle employees, the Institute of Hospitality is an advanced educational experience that SLC employees apply to attend. The advanced program is offered in the School of Culinary Arts, the School of Management and the School of Innovative Programming. The School of Culinary Arts is the only one of its kind in the senior living industry and is an example of Senior Lifestyle’s commitment to providing superior dining experiences for its residents.
Attendees of the School of Culinary Arts travel to the U.S. Food Service test kitchens in suburban Rosemont, IL to hone their skills and to spice up retirement dining options through enhanced techniques, creative competitions and practical applications. Participants are selected through recommendations from residents and staff as well as photos of his or her culinary accomplishments in the community.
