Together, we will compose an Individual Service Plan (ISP) to guide us in assisting you. Our mission is to provide a lifestyle that fosters independence, actively engages the mind, invigorates the body and nurtures the spirit while offering you and your loved ones the peace of mind you deserve.
Worry-Free Lifestyle With Just a Simple Lease
While some communities insist on new residents putting down huge, non-refundable payments up-front, we like to do things a little differently. We care about not only the physical and emotional well being of our residents, but their financial health as well. That’s why we offer our residents all the perks of country club living without the expensive buy-in—just a simple lease. Our community consists of studio, one-bedroom, and companion suites, with a number of amenities described in the menu along the left sidebar.

Testimonials for The Estate at Hyde Park
My family and I are so pleased with our experience here with staff management, facility, meals. I find a caring environment. We feel very pleased with our experience at this facility.
They’re not a skilled nursing facility but they are equipped to take care of things like when someone is not feeling well, they have a doctor that comes in to the home. They also have a person who can take labs for the resident there instead of the resident having to come out to a doctor’s office. So there’s a lot of conveniences that are built-in there than other assisted living facility. From what I’ve seen on my visit, I’m completely satisfied and I’ve asked a lot of probing questions and they seem to have plans and effects. They’ll have dad on a urinary course and make sure they take him to the bathroom every 70 hours and all those things are already in place. They had a strong questionnaire about different signs for agitation and what do we do for comfort, and lots of other things so that they are better able to make that person feel comfortable.
Bar none, Estate at Hyde Park Memory Care by the Bay is THE premier Memory Care community in South Tampa. Residents and their families are treated with compassion, understanding and respect. The Clare Bridge Program, design of the building and rooms as well as a personalized plan for each resident are unique to this community. This plan provides the daily structure residents need. The community is beautifully decorated, meticulously maintained, and offers a safe and comfortable environment for all residents and staff members. Meal options are like dining at a 5 star restaurant! In addition, they host support group meetings for caregivers as well as respite options. Estate at Hyde Park Memory Care by the Bay is a great resource in our community.
I spent this weekend visiting 5 different memory care facilities in the Tampa area. 3 of them had separate wings at their assisted living residence that cares for dementia patients and 2 of them that were stand alone buildings specific to dementia. I don’t want to bash any particular places but Estate at Hyde Park was so far above and beyond anything else I have seen. When I was done with my search, I knew that Estate at Hyde Park would be the ONLY place where my mother could live in dignity for her remaining years. The place is very beautiful, very well run and state of the art in terms of dementia care. All of the other facilities either hid their residents in the back where no one can see or interact with them, or allowed them to sit and stare at walls. Estate at Hyde Park actually celebrates their residents and encourages a really great quality of life physically and emotionally. I was so impressed that I am actually looking forward to seeing great things happen for my mom there 🙂
I am so impressed with this facility and it’s dynamic sales person. I’ve undertaken the huge responsibility of finding an ALF for my grandmother. Of the 4 places I have visited Estate at Hyde Park Memory is the best by far. Tally Nelson is an active listener who helped educate me on the overall process and how to best integrate everything for my grandmother. Her knowledge, professionalism and eagerness to assist me has lessened the burden of finding the perfect place for my beloved grandmother to call home. This facility is at/on the very top of their game! I highly recommend this beautiful community and its incredible staff.
I ranked this community high because of their strength in communicating as well as having such a well trained, professional and friendly staff. In memory care, those qualities are highly important both for the resident and for their family. When I attend functions at the community, I watch how they pay attention to the needs of the family as well as to the person living there. Every staff person that I have met has been helpful and welcoming.
We place my sister in Estate at Hyde Park Memory Care because it is not too far from where I live. It is very nice, clean and new facility. We like the staff there. The food is good. They have three choices of entrees for dinner and if the residents ask, they will bring more. They have activities for the residents. They provide service, but as far doctor’s appointment, I am the one who takes her.
Estate at Hyde Park has been a blessing for both me and my husband. In his first week there, he saw his primary physician (who made immediate med changes and ordered tests for him with results that were immediately acted on), the Estate at Hyde Park-provided home care nurse, (who assessed and organized his individual physical, occupational eating and dressing, and psych therapy needs), and the on-site director of health and wellness, who is managing his nursing staff and daily care and assisting with getting him on the right medication. He has now settled into his bedroom, designed so that the bed faces the open bathroom (no doors to confuse him) and with comfortable furniture and a large window to let the light in. The director of maintenance introduced himself to us the first day and made some adjustments to improve my husband’s room. The dining room chef introduced himself and talked about the dining room food choices. All the staff wear clearly identifiable uniforms/badges and are so friendly and helpful. They are both knowledgeable about Alzheimers and very professional. The facility is only 2 years old, but purpose-built for Alzheimers
