Million-Dollar Renovation Refreshes Common Areas
and Expands New Memory Care Apartment Homes
Washington, D.C. – March 29, 2021 – Renovations are officially underway at The Residences at Thomas Circle, a premier Senior Lifestyle living community located in downtown D.C. The Residences at Thomas Circle provides a variety of enjoyable lifestyle options for senior residents, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. To be completed spring 2021, the renovations will bring new life to several common areas of The Residences of Thomas Circle by adding a modern look to their memory care neighborhood, which serves residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
The renovations will include a multi-purpose activity room, a living room, a den/library, and a main and private dining room. All of the renewed spaces will offer a warm, comforting, and neutral color palette with a contemporary twist and provide areas for current and future residents and their families to visit and enjoy time together. The rooms will incorporate rich and luxurious textures with sophisticated wooden furniture, plush seating and drapery, and contemporary artwork and lighting to create fresh and rejuvenated spaces for residents to feel at home and continue their activities while still receiving the care and services they need.
