Safely and efficiently operate dish washing machine according to procedure manual. Ensure proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing. Remove from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken. Stock delivered food and non-food items. Empty and clear garbage bins and breakdown of boxes. Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment.     Attend all training and in-service seminars. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Perform all duties in adherence to Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards. Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. Provide Home Making Services as required: Make the bed, wash dishes, tidy the apartment, organize closets and dresser drawers, launder clothing and bedding, iron, grocery shopping, meal preparations. Provide additional assistance as required. Document on the daily report sheets services provided to the resident. Daily reports to be completed and returned at the end of each shift.     Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. Provide pet care: dog walks, cat care.

Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation. Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans. May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director. Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members. Provide educational meetings for residents and staff. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.     May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.
