Maintenance Assistant

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 11am-7pm Complete work orders around the community. Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-in’s. Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.  Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.

Housekeeper Part Time

Per Diem (as needed) position. Will cover gaps in housekeeping schedule due to PTO requests and call offs. General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas. Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers. Starting pay is $16.20/hr.

CDL Bus Driver – Saturdays

Saturdays 8am-4:30pm, with option to pick up additional shifts during week Transport residents and perform community errands as assigned.  Ensure that all residents who use the transportation are returned safely to the building. Assist all residents in and out of the vehicle as needed.  Maintain cleanliness of vehicle by performing and/or scheduling regular interior/exterior cleaning. Report mechanical needs and repairs and assist in coordination to have repairs completed.

Director of Housekeeping

Assist in coordinating and staffing schedules to ensure the cleaning of offices, public spaces, and residential apartments.  Use cleaning chemicals safely and properly in accordance with department guidelines and assure compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards, MSDS, OSHA, EPA and other relevant rules and regulations. Assist in coordinating the annual deep cleaning program. Schedule the preparation of apartments for move-ins. Conduct inspection of offices, common space, guestrooms, and residential apartments. Maintain inventory control systems for all supplies, chemicals, and equipment. Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns. Assist in developing and monitoring the housekeeping department budget. Establish energy awareness in the department.

Server

Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  Actively buss and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Concierge

Greet residents and provide general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families. Answer telephone calls. You may be asked to ensure the safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity. Process reports for such things as work orders, incidents and concerns. You will receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc. and deliver or hold as requested.  Maintain the sign in/out log for the issuance of community keys, and gate passes. You will assist other departments with administrative functions. Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
