Salary $18 per hour  Part Time Flexible Hours Assist in planning and coordinating all resident activities.  Encourage residents to participate in programs and activities and provide transportation to them as needed. Lead various activities as directed by the Resident Programs Director. Order and maintain supplies for activities as needed.

Salary $26 per hour  – Full Time Hours Prepare all food using the daily planner and SLC standard recipes. Work the food line during mealtimes. Ensure that all food meets safety guidelines and that all kitchen areas meet sanitation guidelines. Ensure resident and guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Salary Starting at $110k  Act as the on-site executive for all operations, including being the main point of contact for all staff, residents, prospects, community organizations, government agencies and the public when needed.  Maintains resident retention by working with residents and their families, dealing with any issues that arise. Responds and follows up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, mail-ins timely and appropriately. Keeps up to date with information about competitors. Meets all expectations of meaningful contacts, leases and occupancy. Maintain budget accountability and cash flow; aggressively anticipate and minimize negative budget variances and deficits. Hire, train, discipline, and terminate employees in accordance with Senior Lifestyle Corporate policy.  Maintain all local, state, and federal licenses for the community. Lead staff meetings.  Promote and protect resident rights; assisting residents to make informed decisions and treating them with dignity and respect.  Become an intricate part of the community in social and civic affairs by representing the community in local, state, and professional organizations.  Manage other support level and management roles as needed.

You may be asked to ensure the safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity. Process reports for such things as work orders, incidents and concerns. You will receive packages, plants, prescription drugs, etc. and deliver or hold as requested.  Maintain the sign in/out log for the issuance of community keys, and gate passes. You will assist other departments with administrative functions. Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Follow the schedule of resident’s needs set out by supervisor. Provide emotional and social support to residents. Document daily log of assistance. Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns. Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents. Respect residents’ confidentiality.
