Responsible for answering telephones and handling requests to extent that knowledge and ability allow. Responsible for administrative tasks, including imputing info into the computer. Assist in leasing apartments. Responsible for maintaining resident files, including verifying all info within the file. Act as substitute van driver when necessary. Assist in collection, recording, and depositing rent payments and other fees.

Assist incoming residents with all facets of transition and move to the property. Support marketing team by assisting with tours, responding to telephone inquiries, hosting functions, and community outreach as needed.  Assist in the sales process with prospects and in the production of reports. Coordinate the refurbishing, cleaning and inspection of units after move-outs and before move-ins. Communicate incoming residents’ special needs or requirements to the appropriate channels.

Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents. Provide assistance, encouragement, and restorative interventions, as needed, for Memory Care residents to be as independent as possible in their activities of daily living including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility. Participate in and lead one on one and group activities. Serve residents during mealtime, assist with memory care laundry, and basic housekeeping within the memory care neighborhood. Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  Actively buss and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Provide assistance as needed with medication reminders (as applicable), bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living. Provide emotional and social support to residents. Document daily log of assistance. Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents. Respect residents’ confidentiality. Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsible for supervision of self-administered medication for the Assisted Living Department in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines as directed by the LPN/LVN and/or the Assisted Living Director. Report any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation to the LPN/LVN and/or Assisted Living Director. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.
