Meet all expectations of meaningful contacts, leases and occupancy. Respond and follow-up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, mail-ins timely and appropriately. Secure the required number of budgeted move ins and achieve net gains each month. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families, and professional providers of care.    Participate in the community outreach program to generate the necessary number of referrals to reach sales goals. Report all sales activity to supervisor daily. Assure every alternative is considered before closing a lead.  Treat each inquiry with value. Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information.

Complete work orders around the community. Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-in’s. Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.  Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.

Assist in coordinating and staffing schedules to ensure the cleaning of offices, public spaces, and residential apartments.  Use cleaning chemicals safely and properly in accordance with department guidelines and assure compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards, MSDS, OSHA, EPA and other relevant rules and regulations. Assist in coordinating the annual deep cleaning program. Schedule the preparation of apartments for move-ins. Conduct inspection of offices, common space, guestrooms, and residential apartments. Maintain inventory control systems for all supplies, chemicals, and equipment. Inform supervisor of any resident issues or concerns. Assist in developing and monitoring the housekeeping department budget. Establish energy awareness in the department.

Prepare all food using the daily planner and SLC standard recipes. Work the food line during mealtimes. Ensure that all food meets safety guidelines and that all kitchen areas meet sanitation guidelines. Provide assistance as needed with medication reminders (as applicable), bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living. Provide emotional and social support to residents. Document daily log of assistance. Respect and encourage the independence and dignity of the residents. Respect residents’ confidentiality. Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Provide kind, caring, and consistent companionship and support to residents. Provide assistance, encouragement, and restorative interventions, as needed, for Memory Care residents to be as independent as possible in their activities of daily living including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility. Participate in and lead one on one and group activities. Serve residents during mealtime, assist with memory care laundry, and basic housekeeping within the memory care neighborhood. Ensure that resident/family/employee concerns receive timely response and follow up, thus striving to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
