Security Guard- FT/PT

Secure all areas of the facility, checking for open doors or unusual activity. Monitor emergency and safety equipment including security cameras, phones, and life safety systems. Complete regularly scheduled rounds in and around the building. Communicate about and respond to all unusual activity or emergency situations.

Move-In Coordinator

Assist incoming residents with all facets of transition and move to the property. Support marketing team by assisting with tours, responding to telephone inquiries, hosting functions, and community outreach as needed.  Assist in the sales process with prospects and in the production of reports. Coordinate the refurbishing, cleaning and inspection of units after move-outs and before move-ins. Communicate incoming residents’ special needs or requirements to the appropriate channels.

Community Relations Counselor – High Compensation for Motivated Sales Professionals-Must have Senior Living Experience

Position Summary: 
This position is responsible for leasing apartments and achieving move in goals. The individual will maintain a positive image of the community with referral sources, residents, and staff personnel. They report to the Community Relations Director.
Essential Functions:
• Meet all expectations of meaningful contacts, leases and occupancy.
• Respond and follow-up with all walk-ins, phone-ins, mail-ins timely and appropriately.
• Secure the required number of budgeted move ins and achieve net gains each month
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families and 
professional providers of care. 
• Participate in the community outreach program to generate the necessary number of referrals to reach sales goals.
• Participate in weekend call coverage in Manager Rotation unless they have a standing 
schedule that already encompasses one or more weekend day. 
• Keep Director of Sales and Marketing and the Executive Director informed of all sales 
activity daily.
• Assure every alternative is considered before closing a lead. 
• Maintain a working knowledge of all software programs.
• Treat each inquiry with value.
• Meet all expectations of occupancy and budget.
• Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent information.
• Comply with all Senior Lifestyle Policies, cities, state, and federal regulations pertaining to Residents’ accounts as it relates to Medicare, third party billing, etc.
• Interact professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization, residents, family members, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Housekeeper

General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas. Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Cook

Prepare all food using the daily planner and SLC standard recipes. Work the food line during mealtimes. Ensure that all food meets safety guidelines and that all kitchen areas meet sanitation guidelines. Ensure resident and guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Driver

Transport residents and perform community errands as assigned.  Ensure that all residents who use the transportation are returned safely to the building. Assist all residents in and out of the vehicle as needed.  Maintain cleanliness of vehicle by performing and/or scheduling regular interior/exterior cleaning. Report mechanical needs and repairs and assist in coordination to have repairs completed.

Business Office Assistant

Maintain residents’ ,, employeees’ and business office files. Assist in answering  issues. Maintain the ancillary charge worksheet on a weekly basis. Ensure that move-in deposits and rents are deposited in a timely manner. Send monthly delinquent notices and follow collection guidelines. Process resident lease renewal letters. Ensure that payroll is accurately prepared and reported to the corporate office by the designated deadline. Ensure that accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures are processed timely and accurately. Ensure that all proprietary, financial, and resident information is kept confidential. Monitor and record petty cash disbursements and reconcile to replenish.

Sous Chef

Prepare meals from standardized recipes in accordance with order in a timely and attractive manner. Set up food service line and workstations with needed condiments. Ensure all condiments and garnishes that are required are prepared and served with the appropriate foods. Assist in coordinating prep for the following day’s menu. Participate in a pre-meal meeting with food servers to review detail of daily menu.   Assist with training of new kitchen employees. Assist with scheduling of employees within the department.  Assist with food ordering, monitoring inventory and creating the menu cycle. Keep stock rooms, coolers, and freezers clean and ensure that food supply stocks are rotated and that all perishables are labeled, dated, and stored properly. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food preparation according to state and local health department code requirements. Keep food waste to a minimum by utilizing food storage and food recycling techniques. Manage and supervise Cooks, Lead Cooks, Prep Cooks, and Utility Workers as needed.

Living Well Attendant- Scheduler

Scheduling: Coordinating client visits and matching them with staff availability. This can include admission visits and supervisory visits. Printing off and distributing schedules. Communication: Acting as the point of contact between caregivers and families, and responding to calls.  Compliance: Ensuring that home care services comply with company policies and procedures. Documentation: Monitoring and documenting care issues.  Office duties: Performing general office duties, such as understanding and adhering to policies and procedures, and working toward continuous quality improvement.  On-call: Being on-call to ensure that all clients are cared for 24/7.  Provide client care as needed.     Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
