Pay Range: $16-17/hr Maintain sanitary condition of dishes, utensils, glasses, pots, pans, equipment and kitchen in accordance with Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards. Safely and efficiently operate dish washing machine according to procedure manual. Ensure proper soap and rinse chemicals are loaded for washing. Remove from service any dishes, utensils, and glassware that are damaged or broken. Stock delivered food and non-food items. Empty and clear garbage bins and breakdown of boxes. Deep cleaning of kitchen and equipment.     Attend all training and in-service seminars. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Perform all duties in adherence to Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards. Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Responsible for medication supervision/administration for the Assisted Living Department in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information. Understand roll in the Safety & Disaster Plan. Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.

May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation. Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans. May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director. Job Description The Lead Bus Driver is responsible for transporting residents to scheduled outings, appointments, and special events while overseeing daily transportation operations. This role serves as the primary point of coordination for ride scheduling, confirmations, and communication with residents and staff. The Lead Bus Driver also provides guidance and support to additional drivers to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Key Responsibilities Transportation & Resident Safety Transport residents to scheduled appointments, outings, and community events. Ensure all residents are safely assisted in and out of the vehicle as needed. Confirm all residents are returned safely to the community following trips. Maintain a calm, courteous, and professional demeanor with residents at all times. Leadership & Team Coordination Serve as the lead driver for the transportation team, providing direction and support to two additional drivers. Assist with daily driver assignments and coverage coordination. Communicate schedule changes, delays, or issues clearly and professionally to staff and residents. Scheduling & Ride Coordination Assist with scheduling transportation requests and organizing daily routes. Confirm rides with residents prior to scheduled trips. Work closely with Programs and Operations staff to ensure transportation needs are met efficiently and accurately. Vehicle Oversight & Maintenance Monitor the condition of all transportation vehicles. Maintain vehicle cleanliness by performing and/or scheduling regular interior and exterior cleaning.
