Salary:  $36/ per hour -  SIGN ON BONUS $3,000 Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. May be responsible for the admissions of new residents including all admission assessments and documentation. Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans. May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e., wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director. Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in the resident’s health and provide proper documentation. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members. Provide educational meetings for residents and staff. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.     May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed. 

Seeking Weekend Team Members!! Weekend Shifts:8 hour/ MUST WORK 1 WEEKEND A MONTH AND 1 WEEKDAY A MONTH DailyPay available  $36 per hour must work one weekday and a weekend a month. Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. • May be responsible for the admissions of new residents, including all admission assessments and documentation. • Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans. • May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e., wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director. • Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. • Notify physicians and/or family members of any change int he resident’s health and provide proper documentation. • Respond quickly to all emergencies. • Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members. • Provide educational meetings for residents and staff. • Understand roll in the Safety & Disaster Plan. • Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information. • Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. • Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers. • May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed. • Adhere to all policies and procedures of Senior Lifestyle Corporation. • Perform other duties as assigned.

$17/hr Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  Actively buss and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Full-time Tuesday-Saturday 11a-7:30p - $20/hr  Supervise daily operation of dining room(s), room service and convenience store. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests. Ensure room service orders are delivered timely and properly. Ensure smooth and timely opening of the dining room. Assist in producing weekly schedules with budgetary guidelines for service staff. Ensure that there are an adequate number of employees for each shift and ensure that absences are covered. Lead the training of all new dining room employees. Assist service staff during mealtime as needed. Oversee resident billing of food service charges. Manage dining staff.
