Business Office Manager

Maintain basic knowledge of computer software and internet applications. Maintain resident, business office and employee files. Perform Human Resources function by conducting new hire orientation and administering benefits. Assist in answering resident billing issues. Also maintain the ancillary charge worksheet on a weekly basis. Ensure that move-in deposits and rents are deposited in a timely manner. Send monthly delinquent notices and follows collection guidelines. Process resident lease renewal letters. Ensure that payroll is accurately prepared and reported to the corporate office at the time designated. Ensure that accounts payable procedures are processed timely & accurately. Ensure that all proprietary, financial, and resident information is kept confidential. Monitor and record petty cash disbursements and reconcile to replenish.  Process/file workers compensation claims. Respect and maintain confidentiality of the office, it’s records, and restricted information. Understands the safety and disaster plan. Participate in the Manager on Duty program. Attend various community events. Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers. Adhere to all policies and procedures of Senior Lifestyle Corporation. Perform other duties as assigned.

Licensed Practical Nurse (PRN)

Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines. May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation. Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans. May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director. Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community. Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation. Respond quickly to all emergencies. Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members. Provide educational meetings for residents and staff. Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.     May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed. 

Business Development Coordinator

Create, plan, and implement events with Sales and Marketing Team and Resident Program Director to bring in prospective residents. Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents, families and professional providers of care.    Define and develop key macro referral sources and maintain relationships with them.  Generate the required number of professional referrals needed for the community to achieve the move-ins required to meet financial expectations.  Provide ongoing product-service education to trade organizations, hospital departments, physicians and others. Work with Director of Sales and Marketing/Business Development Director to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve quarterly move-in objectives. Plan and execute territory call objectives to build and maintain multiple senior-related community resource networks. Support inside sales with prospects including but not limited to: lead follow up, inquiries, sales coverage inside the community, securing move-ins. Communicate in timely manner with the appropriate sales and operations team members regarding initiatives in progress that may generate referrals to the community. Manage and maintain a thorough working proficiency and keep professional contact records current in the sales database. Fully comprehend and can explain to others the basic legal aspects of sales contracts, language and terms. Participate in the Manager on Duty program.  Enter all interactions between the Move In Coordinator and the prospective resident/family into the CRM. Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings. Assist incoming residents with all facets of transition and move to the property. Support marketing team by assisting with tours, responding to telephone inquiries, hosting functions, and community outreach as needed.  Assist in the sales process with prospects and in the production of reports. Coordinate the refurbishing, cleaning and inspection of units after move-outs and before move-ins. Communicate incoming residents’ special needs or requirements to the appropriate channels.

Housekeeper

General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas. Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.

Maintenance Assistant (FULL TIME )

Complete work orders around the community. Perform work and repairs needed to ready apartments prior to move-in’s. Order and organize maintenance supplies as needed.  Complete general maintenance projects, including installations and repairs involving plumbing, electrical equipment, carpentry, painting, equipment repair, snow removal, and landscaping.

Server

Server for a Luxury Senior Living Community Pay up to $19/Hour (This is a non-tipping) position Accept food order, communicate to kitchen and deliver food and beverage to residents and/or guests in a timely manner. Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.  Actively buss and reset tables as well as complete assigned side work. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
