Barbara’s team members recognized her not just for her positive attitude, but also for the way she brings a sense of calm and insight regarding ways to best care for Blossom Creek’s residents. She goes above and beyond to make sure every resident is safe and welcomed into the family.
“We had a resident here, before she passed a few months ago, that didn’t have any family or friends, [just one] brother who hardly came in. Barbara took it upon herself to be family to her and to show her how much she actually did care for her.”
