“Many families have questions about their loved one, medically speaking and Julia takes each ones question/concerns as if it were her own family member. She answers each question or concern thoroughly.”
Her positive spirit, patience and determination to care for residents and family members as if they were her own family makes Julia invaluable to the Chestnut House team.
“Julia is always at her job on time with a smile to greet each resident. . She goes the extra mile for the residents. She never forgets a birthday, anniversary or any special day for the residents of Chestnut House. Julia knows the names of every family member and some grandchildren as well. She is detailed with every new resident and family member on services provided. Julia takes the time daily to go see a resident that may not come to meals. If they don’t come to activities she does a room visit daily.”
